We ensure that our customers receive a professional, personal service from inception to after care. We currently administer capital works projects including complete responsibility for the delivery of the lifecycle programme across a number of corporate and school portfolios

Additionally, our projects team specialise in end to end project management taking new work requirements such as large-scale refurbishments and construction projects by overseeing the scheme through design as the Principal designer, cost planning, delivery and seamless handover.

Projects are organised with a commitment to ensure our clients understand their responsibilities under CDM 2015 and meeting customer needs by ensuring project  programming minimises  customer disruption and provides best value.
