We are great with our services and technology but it is our people that keep us innovative.  They have a broad range of experience and a shared commitment to our service delivery.

Our Commitment

In turn our commitment is to continually provide a diverse and flexible working environment that offers structured training and great opportunities for all.

We are committed to ensuring that our employees are able to develop their full potential, by retaining our talented staff, investing in people’s skills and offer training and qualifications where possible.

Alongside any current vacancies we offer a variety of different opportunities to either gain experience or work with us directly.

Don’t just take our word for it:

I’m excited that I am part of a progressive joint venture company, at the very start, and feel I share Qwest’s ambitions, vision and values.
— Rachel Webb, Customer Services Operations Lead
Qwest Service has given me a sense of pride in everything I do - from looking after the people I work with and feeling proud of what we achieve together, and striving to be the best and being proud of it.
— Janet Hamdoun, Group Cleaning Supervisor

Disability Confident

In June 2019 Qwest achieved level 3 in the Disability Confident scheme and is now a Leader. This shows our commitment to supporting disabled people in work through gaining valuable work experience, volunteering and support.

As users of the scheme we will guarantee to interview all disabled applicants, who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.
